ESA, IPEV and PNRA are soliciting for biomedical experiments to be implemented at the Concordia station on Antarctica. Concordia Station is a jointly operated French-Italian station owned and funded by the French and Italian National Antarctic Programmes, IPEV and PNRA respectively. Since 2005, IPEV, PNRA and ESA work together to make use of one of the most isolated Antarctic research infrastructures, Concordia station, for the implementation of biomedical and psychological research experiments. Canada is an ESA associated member state that contributes to the SciSpacE programme, and, as such, Canadians can apply to this Announcement of Opportunity. Deadline for Letter of Intent (LOI) is February 28, 2021; however, submission of LOI is non-binding and not mandatory, and full applications can be submitted without LOI. See details on the dedicated webpage.
