Meteor DONORS

Meteor Donors are our most committed supporters, contributing $50,000 or more to advance space health research in Canada.

Their exceptional generosity goes beyond any single event or initiative. Meteor Donors become true partners of the network, enabling CSHRNet to fund trainee travel and participation in scientific events, seed new research awards, and collaborate on programs that reflect both the donor's vision and the network's evolving priorities. Their support creates opportunities that would otherwise not exist: for students taking their first steps in space health research, for emerging investigators pursuing bold ideas, and for a community that depends on sustained investment to grow and thrive.

We are proud to recognize our Meteor Donors as Major Contributors, a permanent acknowledgment of a partnership that leaves a lasting mark on Canadian space health research.

All contributions to CSHRNet are received through the University of Calgary, the home institution of the Network Director. The University of Calgary issues official charitable tax receipts for eligible monetary donations, which donors can expect to receive by email within 7 to 10 business days.
